It is a deck originally published by the Turin house Viassone in the 70s, very colorful and particular.

Taotl in Aztec language means "God", therefore the Taotl is "The game of the gods". The main peculiarity of this deck is that it consists of 5 seedsIn fact, in addition to the traditional Flowers, Hearts, Spades and Diamonds we have the "Totem" series, yellow in color.

In addition there are also 4 completely identical "Chipetl" cards, 1 red God card "Quetzalcoatl", 1 "Tezcatlipoca" black God card and finally 1 "Huitzilopochtli" taotl card which is the maximum advantage. Compared to traditional decks of cards, the Ace is replaced by the number 1, and the three court cards Fante, regina and Re bear the name of Mexican deities.

The booklet attached to the papers was written by the well-known author Alfonso Del Bello, and in 64 pages it explains in the first part the meaning of the cards (which, as regards the traditional suits, is almost always modeled on the classic one of Etteilla) and a short divination game, and in the second the actual game.
